Order Confirmation & Billing
All orders are confirmed via email once payment is successfully processed. The billing descriptor for charges from Desk Solace will appear on your card or bank statement as [your billing descriptor, check your payment processor settings]. Please recognize this descriptor before disputing a charge with your bank, many disputes happen simply because a charge isn't recognized.
Before Filing a Dispute or Chargeback
We want every customer to leave satisfied. If you have any issue with an order, whether it's about a delayed delivery, a damaged item, a billing question, or anything else, please contact us first at desksolace@gmail.com before contacting your bank or card provider. Our team aims to respond within 24–48 hours and will work with you directly on a refund, replacement, store credit, or other resolution in line with our Returns Policy.
Filing a chargeback without first contacting us may delay resolution, since chargeback investigations can take longer than direct support, and reverses any progress already made on a refund or replacement.
Evidence We Retain
For every order, we retain order confirmation records, tracking and delivery confirmation, customer communications, and IP/device information collected at checkout. This information may be submitted to payment processors or card networks as evidence in the event of a payment dispute.
